YOU NEED A RIDE

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the You Need A Ride mobile application, website, ride-booking systems, and related transportation services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by You Need A Ride LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the Platform, users agree to these Terms.
1. Platform Services
The Platform provides ride-hailing services, driver matching, route tracking, trip scheduling, fare estimates, passenger and driver rating features, payment processing, and related transportation booking tools.
2. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining account credentials and all activity occurring under their account, including passenger and driver profile interactions.
3. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to misuse the Platform, interfere with ride operations, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, compromise driver/passenger safety, or violate applicable transportation laws.
4. QR Asset Data and Service Records
Users understand trip records, location coordinates, pick-up/drop-off history, driver feedback, ratings, and ride transaction details may be stored within the Platform.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Ride fares, cancellation fees, surge pricing, and payment terms will be disclosed within the Platform. Fares and service charges may change upon notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All Platform software, branding, content, routing algorithms, graphics, and proprietary ride-hailing systems remain property of You Need A Ride LLC.
7. Availability
We strive for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, immediate driver matching, or error-free functionality.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided ‘AS IS’ and ‘AS AVAILABLE’ without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
You Need A Ride LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business interruption damages arising from Platform use or ride services.
10. Indemnification
Users agree to defend and hold harmless You Need A Ride LLC from claims arising from misuse, safety violations, or breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or safety policies.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable state law without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revisions.
